The proposed Resort would set up fifty environmental friendly ‘Water Bunglows” with modern amenities mostly using local materials reflecting water features to enhance its elegance and to harmonize with nature. Guest will be offered a memorable experience of both mind and physical relaxation.

The Project Financial Forecast
As per the preliminary project report assuming a very conservative figure of 60% occupancy this project would generate a gross income of US Dollars 1,500,000/- per annum.
