Eco-village
Large extent of Government land is available for 99 year lease or for outright purchase in main districts (Galle, Kandy, Hambantota) etc of Sri Lanka to propose an urban plan project for an eco-village.
Eco-Tourism Resort
The promoters have already purchased 25 acres of land for this project - “Weeravilawatte Eco-Tourism Resort” and has carried out a project appraisal which indicates this as a viable project. More land is available for expansion of the resort.
Luxury Housing Complexes
To cater to the increased demand for housing by locals as well as expatriates to develop prime land in Colombo, suburbs or in the other main cities in Sri Lanka as individual housing schemes or as multi storey buildings.
